With Islamo-maniacs threatening the very existence of Western Civilization: Savvy Americans know who to trust when it comes to national security.

After all, it's far more sensible to place your trust in those who believe it's better to kill a terrorist on the battlefield than to read him his Miranda Rights. Or, for that matter, to detain a terrorist indefinitely rather than imprudently grant the stinking swine the right of Habeas Corpus.

Yes, savvy Americans know who to trust when it comes to national security. And that is why we will never have to endure those five agonizing words: Speaker of the House Pelosi.

There is a force in America that borders on the macabre. It embraces and even champions such abhorrent practices as infanticide, same sex marriage and the placating of terrorists.

A force so horrid that it zealously fights to strip its own country of the vital tools (Patriot Act, NSA wiretapping, etc.) necessary to combat those that perpetrate jihad.

And this force will not rest until America becomes a paragon of liberalism, where practices once thought to be detestable will be the norm.

This November, vote against the force.

Here's the bottom line: The minute Mark Foley started exhibiting objectionable behaviour (as early as 2005) concerning congressional pages, he should have been forced to resign. 

Yes, I know the Democrat Party is a seething cesspool of sexual predators, scoundrels and unabashed hypocrites--but that is not the issue. Republican politicos (as well as conservative pundits)--using this argument-- need to give it a rest.

Republicans should be about values, not feckless debates crafted to defend inept leaders. Leaders, by the way--that should have had the chutzpah to issue Foley his walking papers over a year ago. 

Perhaps the Washington Times is correct: Resign, Mr. Speaker.

Our nation is deeply polarized. Those on the left believe the best way to confront Islamo-
terror is with generous doses of appeasement. While those on the right believe the best antidote is to violently crush it.

Given the observed evidence (8 years of unfettered pacification during the Clinton
Administration)-- which culminated in the extermination of 3,000 Americans--I would say the left is dead wrong.

Knowing the stated goal of the Islamist (world domination via decapitation)--appeasement will only serve to bring about the demise of the West.

So, what is the solution to Islamo-terror?

Crush it.

Sadly, here in America, we have a political party that is strangely obsessed with coddling jihadist thugs at the expense of our national security. Yes, a party that would rather fight for the rights of bloodthirsty terrorists at Gitmo, than actually fight the War on Terror.

Some claim that the members of this party, though problematic at times, are nonetheless
patriotic. Some even claim that the members of this party are doing America a great service by publicly airing their dogmatic views on how  detainees (according to them) are being mistreated.

Puhleez!

In my estimation this party is nothing short of  a fifth column. They will engage in all sorts of subversion, even demanding that Islamo-killers at Gitmo receive full constitutional protections, in order to undermine the war effort.

And just why would they do this? Because I firmly believe that this party wants America to lose the war.

The Democrat Party: Oh, how they want us to lose.

When it came to confronting the horrors of Islamo-terror, Bill Clinton was clearly a wretched failure. Why? Because he treated the bloody manifestations as if they where minor transgressions. 

Instead of recognizing the attack on the USS Cole for what it was, an act of war--Clinton merely treated it as a crime. He demonstrated a profound lack of urgency by allowing the deadly aggression (17 sailors where killed) to go unpunished. 

Time and time again the nation's first draft- dodger-in-chief treated acts of terrorism
(1993 World Trade Center, Khobar Towers and the African Embassies) as inconsequential criminal acts that warranted little more than a police investigation. 

Sadly, it was this laisser-faire attitude towards terrorism that emboldened bin Laden to strike America with such ferocity. 

So, despite Clinton's recent "I tried to kill Osama" self-defense spasm--the facts tell a different story when it came to Bubba and terrorism: Oh, what a wretched failure.

Bill Clinton's finger-poking tirade on Fox News Sunday was nothing short of hysterical. He proffered up one fantastic lie after another that only the terminally naive would believe. 

Truth be told, Islamo-thuggery propagated during Clinton's eight years in office. Osama
bin Laden--who called Black Hawk Down one of his greatest triumphs--gathered strength from Bubba's disturbing unwillingness to strike back.

Clinton could have easily convinced the nation (after the bombing of the USS Cole in 2000) to support a military invasion of Afghanistan--but refused to do so. And let us not forget that it was during his second term in office that bin Laden openly declared war on the U.S. 

All of Bill Clinton's childish tirades will never erase the truth. A truth that will forever define his presidency: A disturbing unwillingness.

I have only one word for those Americans who applauded (and also excepted gifts) from Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chavez: Traitors!

The ever clamorous Chavez, while addressing the U.N. on Wednesday, called President Bush "the devil" and a very "sick man." And he repeated those remarks (the very next day) at a church event in Harlem where he offered jubilant residents discounted home heating fuel.

It's a sad day in America when refuse like Chavez can win the applause and praise of its citizens.

And that is why I have only one word for those people: Traitors!

Why do we even bother? President Bush's profound word's, spoken to the UN General
Assembly yesterday, fell on deaf ears. 

The UN, for lack of a better term: Is a pile of  dung. It is unmistakably a toxic heap of murderous despots, genocidal maniacs, Islamo-tyrants, child molesters, venal bureaucrats, anti-Semitic vipers and anti-American agitators. 

Most savvy Americans believe that we should have pulled out of this demagogic organization long ago. And we couldn't agree more. 

Let's remember that the UN stood quietly on the sidelines while the world's most vile autocrats executed millions (Rwanda, Sudan, Iraq, Afghanistan, etc.). And it [UN] allowed these horrors to occur without any regret or compunction. 

Add to all of this the chilling fact that the UN considers America the biggest threat to world peace. And you have to ask yourself: Why do we even bother?

It's a question that seriously begs an answer.

Just for a change, instead of the world's leading Islamic clerics waxing apoplectic over a cartoon or comment, wouldn't they better serve their cause by publicly denouncing jihad.

It would be refreshing to hear these religious leaders-- who, ad nauseum, proclaim that Islam is a religion of tolerance and peace-- openly condemn jihadist organizations such as al Qaeda, Islamic Jihad, Hizballah and Muslim Brotherhood.

After all, it was the ancient Islamic practice of jihad, and not the practice of free speech(cartoons and comments) that fomented the senseless slaughter of thousands on the streets of New York.

Perhaps it is time for clerics from Saudi Arabia to America (instead of throwing temper- tantrums over comic strips and remarks) to direct their ire at those jihadists--who in the name of Islam--butcher the innocent.

Now is the time to shun world opinion, and do what it takes to win the War on Terror. And if that means aggressive coercion (torture) of detainees, then so be it. Only the feckless truly believe that the world would "respect" us more if we feed, burp and coddle the Islamo- thugs at Gitmo.

Politicos--like those on the Armed Services Committee, which voted yesterday to give terror suspects extra legal protection--are more fixated on what the French think of us than actually eradicating Islamofascism.

It is this convoluted mindset that serves, not only to weaken the war effort, but also to embolden an enemy that derives great joy from raping and decapitating innocent women.

So, world opinion be damned: Torture the little darlings.

Sadly, there are some among us who are deluded beyond belief. They are of the mindset that if America retreated from the world (in particular the Middle East) the terrorist would stop attacking us.

What drivel.

Our precipitous retreat from Lebanon explicitly demonstrated that a cut and run methodology only produces deadly results. Why? Because it was this seminal event (which emboldened Islamists to see America as nothing more than a paper tiger) that helped paved the way for 9/11.

President Bush got it right when he said: "Whatever mistakes have been made in Iraq, the worst mistake would be to think that if we pulled out, the terrorists would leave us alone. They will not leave us alone."

The deluded fail to understand the poignant lessons of history: That retreating from the world will never make us safe--just sorry.
